I usually bought Thalappakatti dun biriyani but this time i bought the Thalappakatti signature biriyani.The Biriyani was so yummy, even though it was quite heavy for one person. Perfectly cooked and the flavor was amazing. We loved this place because it wasn’t just the typical Biriyani dishes we usually find. I specialy like there indian masla flavor. And the full of staff also great, They were very good to us. We went to the rajagiriya branch and the manager Mr.Dilshan so polite and helpful. Thanks Mr.Dilshan for the wonderful care given to us. He answered all the questions we had about the food and introduced well. Overall a great 1950’s biriyani diner experience with great atmosphere.

I visit here often with my husband. I bring my parents also sometimes. We all love the biriyani here. I always order the chicken 65 boneless biriyani, and it’s the best Indian biriyani in Sri Lanka that you can find. Highly recommend this place. This is a must try place for Biriyani lovers.

Recently had lunch here and tried their fried rice. It wasn’t authentic Chinese style but more of an Indian take, which was still enjoyable. Loved their nool parotta! However, I wouldn’t recommend the beverages as both lime and watermelon juices were far too sweet.

Had an amazing lunch at Dindigul Thalappakatti – Rajagiriya! The food was top-notch — especially the Mutton Boneless Biryani and Kudal Fry . Big thanks to our server Dhanush for the friendly and quick service! Highly recommend for biryani lovers!

We suddenly met up with Thalappakatti with three friends. We ordered mutton biriyani , egg biriyani , parata with egg masala including mango lassy and Pepsis. Food were delicious.Also I took food for dine out for my parents. Mr Nagendran provided superb service with fully satisfied method. Keep in touch with you .

I recently visited this restaurant and really enjoyed the food. Their biriyani and fried rice are both delicious, and there are plenty of other tasty options on the menu. The place is quite spacious with a comfortable atmosphere, and the parking area is large and convenient. The only downside is that the prices are a bit on the higher side, but the quality and ambiance make it worth a visit. Overall, a great spot for a relaxed meal with good flavors!
